No Returns Accepted
All sales are final. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. - 
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your complaint, we may require:

A clear photo or video of the damaged product
 - 
Order details (invoice number, delivery date, etc.)
 
Upon verification, we will offer:
- 
A replacement product (subject to availability), or
 - 
Store credit or refund (at our discretion)

Eligibility for Reporting Issues
To be eligible for a return request in the case of a damaged or defective product:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
 - 
The product must be unused and in original packaging
 - 
We reserve the right to refuse complaints reported beyond the stipulated time frame

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
