Return Policy

At Fort Industries, we take great pride in offering high-quality jaggery products. Please read our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. No Returns Accepted
    All sales are final. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your complaint, we may require:

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged product

  • Order details (invoice number, delivery date, etc.)

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit or refund (at our discretion)

  1. Eligibility for Reporting Issues
    To be eligible for a return request in the case of a damaged or defective product:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • We reserve the right to refuse complaints reported beyond the stipulated time frame

  1. Cancellation Policy
    Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
